APPOINTMENT POLICY

Appointments are recommended to ensure availability.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

LATE ARRIVAL

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or appointment cancellation.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit may be required for select services and all appointments of 2 or more people. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with at least 24 hours notice.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Your health is our priority. All tools are sanitized thoroughly. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or nail concerns.
